Practical Exam

Yesterday was my bread practical exam. From the beginning, my senior and I was preparing and the ingredients. We done a good job when we mixed our dough and round them up and also made the nice design. Unfortunately, when we proved our products in the prover, we didn't take care to the products. Lastly, we find out that our products was over proved. Our Senior said these products still can done, but would be short and the taste wouldn't nice as others.
Today is my cake practical exam, but I hope our Product won't be like yesterday.

Visit To Pulau Kukup in Johor

On 21st June I had visited inPulau Kukup, Johor. I went there with a lots of friends around 20 poeple. We lived there on the sea. When we arrived there, the salty smell was running through my nose. The flavour of sea. We enjoy there and relex at there. We sing, play and feel the life of the fisherman. I saw the school is on the sea, this is amazing. We ate seafood for our dinner. That place is very SALTY. You can try the life at there!

Visit in Malacca

Last Friday, I had visited in Malacca with my friends. We visited there around 3 days. We had gone to some famours places and eaten the delicious food there.
On the first day, we visit the Jonkel Walk. There got so many shops and stalls at there. The stalls only open on every Friday night until Sunday night. The food that I like the most is Baba Nyonya Cendol. They put Gula Malacca on the top of the cendol. The taste of that cendol is absolutely delicious.
On the second day, we shopping at Makhota. We also visit Red House, Clock Tower, A Famosa Hill etc. The picture on the right hand side is my friend and I visited in Red House. One that night, we ate Satay Celup.
On the third day, we just rest at our Malacca friend's home.

My Life In Hostel And Friends

This is the third week that I live in hostel. I'm quite enjoy in this life. Now, there has 10 juniors and 1 senior live in the hostel (included me). Our topics are quite same so had built our friendship is become closer and closer. We are coming from different parts of Malaysia. Someare from Kedah, some are from Malacca, some are from Kuala Lumpur and even some are from the East Malaysia. We sharing our opinion, study together and even eat together. We cook our dinner in hostel. The time that we most enjoyable is when the person is cooking, we give so many comments when they cook. Because of the tecnique of cooking is not same so some time we even algue or the "cook" will complain there has so many complains or comments to their food.
It is so fun and happy in hostel life. Maybe sometimes angery with someone or algueing with someone but this call FRIENDS. Hope that this life will NEVER CHANGE!

My MIB Wonderland

Malaysian Institude of Baking(MIB), is a college that I'm studying now.The reason that I choose this college because I interested in baking cake and cookies. This course is around 2 years and 4 months. There has 6 semesters. If you interested you can search on this web: http://www.mib.edu.my
I'm quite enjoy in this college. In this college, all the lecturers are kind and friendly. Mr. Don Yong is the lecturer that teaches us bread and cake theory. He also teaches us in practical. He is the CEO of this college. Mr Ravi Ayakannu is the lecturer that teaches us in Hygiene & Food Safety. Mr S. Thiagarajah is teaching us about Principles & Practices of Management. Business Communication(Language) is teaching by Ms Bina Morji. Mr Krishna is teaching us about Computing Level I.
