Yesterday was my bread practical exam. From the beginning, my senior and I was preparing and the ingredients. We done a good job when we mixed our dough and round them up and also made the nice design. Unfortunately, when we proved our products in the prover, we didn't take care to the products. Lastly, we find out that our products was over proved. Our Senior said these products still can done, but would be short and the taste wouldn't nice as others.
Today is my cake practical exam, but I hope our Product won't be like yesterday.
